Product Overview

Yorker is a high potency bionematicide based on Verticillium chlamydosporium (formerly known as Pochonia chlamydosporia) that parasitizes eggs of nematodes and sometime infects reproductive organs of female nematodes. Yorker promotes plant growth also. It works against all plant parasitic nematodes.

Method of Application

Method of Application and Dosage

  1. Take 250-500 gm of Yorker and mix with 50 Kg FYM or soil or sand and apply in root zone in one acre area.

  2. Take Yorker @ 15-20 gm in 15 lit water and drench it into soil with knapsack sprayer.

  3. Take 250-500 gm of Yorker and apply through drip/flood irrigation.

  4. Drench Yorker @ 2 to 3 gm/tree with organic manure or water once in a year at manuring time for Long distance fruit crops.

  5. Application of 5 gm per square meter area for seed bed, lawns and other ornamental plants.

Joint application of Yorker and Monitor results in control of both, fungi and nematode in soil.


Compatibility:

Yorker contains living organisms and is sensitive to chemical fungicides and botanical pesticides. It is synergistic and gives complementary results, if applied with organic fertilizers, manures, composts, all sulphurs and biofertilizers including mycorrhiza.
